Ray & Associates was
established by Sheila S. Ray in 1990 as a sole proprietorship.
Initially, Ms. Ray's firm focused on performing diagnostic visits and
Primary Care Effectiveness Reviews for the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC)
and board training and strategic planning with community health centers (CHCs).
Over time, clients began requesting assistance in other activities, such as
IS/IT, business development and performance improvement.
In order to meet client needs while maintaining the rigorous and high
standards of her firm, associates were added, who offer a wide range of skills and abilities.
In addition, the firm also utilizes community health center (CHC) CEOs and
other experts for specific short-term engagements.
